5)Training & Development Activities:

Taking care of the training & development needs of the Employees. Training Need Identification, Training Calendar

Prioritized List of Training Programs Taking Employee / Supervisor Feedback for trainingeffectiveness.Like: Personality Development, Safety Training, Improvement of Communication skills etc.

6)Compliance and Liasioning with govt. & Local Administrative authorities:

PF&ESI challan preparation,PF Advance & withdrawal, Bonus Return,Factory Act.Returns, Employeement Exchange Return, Factory License Renewal and also Responsible for any Govt.& local body liasioning activities. like: PF,ESI,Factoryoffice,employementoffice,labouroffice,fire office etc.

7)Grievance Handling Activities:
