Job Responsibilities as Executive Accountant -

Provides financial information by maintaining and reconciling accounts and preparing reports with a strong attention to detail. This role will utilize strong accounting knowledge, time management skills and effective problem solving to ensure success.

Job Duties-

Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded

Track and monitor accounts receivable

Issue and prepare invoices

Track and monitor accounts payable

Perform reconciliations

Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements

Assist other departments such as HR and Marketing with reviewing of expenses

Update financial data in a timely manner

Ensure that information is accurate

React in a timely manner if the information is not accurate

Support senior accountants

As needed, assist with other accounting projects

Secures financial information by completing database backups, keeping information confidential

Maintain Employees salary in payroll

Prepare GSTR 1, GSTR 2 & GSTR 3B computation reports

Contribute in HR work to prepare employees monthly salary if needed

Assist in preparing Form 16

Prepare physical day book

Helps in Audit work.
