April 2009-June 2011 Operations and Maintenance Supervisor for DynCorp International in Kuwait
Duties involved interactions between US Military and DynCorp International employees to provide support for a
24 hour 7 days a week operations to conduct maintenance on Air Conditioners (HVAC), Electrical operations to
include installing and maintaining Light Sets to view perimeter fence lines of the military installation, provide guard Support and conduct vehicle inspections for any vehicles entering and or leaving the Military installation. Other assigned duties were to provide Carpenter support, Welder support, as well as vehicle maintenance. Left the
organization due to contract ending.

Servco Solutions, SMS International
Demonstrated and provided strong, positive logistical and ex-military adviser to the supply officers within the
commands while assigned to the Middle East in informing them of the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) and its
program to assist the military procurement supply system. This knowledge took my expertise to locations such as
Qatar, Dubai, Iraq, Kuwait, and currently assigned in Kuwait providing direct assistance when supplies arrive within
the country for customers. Other duties were to track military convoys/ travel with these supplies to destinations.
Bridged the gap when needed between vendor and customer to clear up any differences in question. Managed to oversee building projects/ increased the infrastructure of the command in general within Iraq. Other duties took me between cities within Iraq to either recover money for projects completed or set-up satellite Internet systems for our remote offices scattered in Iraqi regions. Additional duties were Human Relations and Operations Officer for SMS.
October 2002 to April 2003, 40 hours per week. Remote Site Manager, Hanau Technical Exercise Service
Trainer. Raytheon Technical Services
Repaired Electronic Laser components for the Multiple Integrated Laser Engagement System (MILES) and the
computers within our arena and supervised 31 personnel that assisted in maintaining the repairs of the laser system
required by five local TSC locations in Darmstadt, Wiesbaden, Friedberg, Giessen, and Hanau. Provided support for
the local TSC locations with MILES Training familiarization . Prepared Long Range Training Support Package for the Ground Units within the 1 st Armored Division involved in MILES objectives. Assigned multiple tasks and evaluated performances of crew. Additional duties were to teach workers to operate and utilize a forklift
for moving the large containers which supported the MILES gear for tactical training. As site manager I also
prepared daily lists of future required parts for a large-scale repair contingency and with excellent predestined accuracy. Security Clearance held for this position.
March 17, 1997 to 2002. 40 hours per week. Technical Exercise Service Trainer.
Raytheon Technical Services .
Trained staff officers, Non-Commissioned Officers and soldiers to perform operations/maintenance of the laser
firing transmitter devices. Instructed soldiers before and during combat training exercises on simulation equipment
use and its application which also included simulated weapons damage effects on their equipment and soldiers.
This data is then utilized, along with the After Action Reports to evaluate, teach, and coach. Interacted with
other civilian counterparts and U.S. and international Armed Forces operators to resolve a full range of problems,
questions and issues, interfaced with military customers. Applied military operations and training expertise in the
analysis and evaluation of 7ATC and STRICOM as follows: 1) Combat exercise mission; 2) Exercise planning; 3) Battle segment scenarios; and 4) US military doctrine application to direct and expedite maintenance corrective actions. Security Clearance held for this position.
March 1994-March 1997. 48 hours per week. Maneuver Analyst/Communications Technician. Cubic
Technical Services.
Served as Corps Battle Simulation (CBS) and Brigade/Battalion Simulation (BBS) Instructor. Installed and
spearheaded a project, which repaired Fiber Optic head-end equipment and cable using optic-fusing techniques in
the fiber optic cable repair, performed complicated repair on US Military simulations and telecommunications
equipment and components thereof. Self motivated and assisted Officers and Non-Commissioned Officers from the
maneuver-training units in setting up their battle operations/scenarios. Installed; maintained and De-installed the
BBS/CBS simulation system throughout various locations in Europe.
March 1993-March 1994. 40 hours per week. Simulations Analyst.
Titan Technical Inc,
Programmer for plans and configurations for Computer War gaming Exercises in Corps Battle Simulation (CBS)
and Brigade/Battalion Simulation (BBS). Personally trained Officers and Non-Commissioned Officers on the use
and applications of the simulation systems listed. Developed operating procedures and training presentations used to
train the trainer in both European and Korean theaters. Producing a virtual vehicle and not the use of an M1A1
Abrams tank to replace their armored vehicles and like based vehicles were a very popular effect, which brought in
the Foreign Armies into the simulation world, as we know it today. Building databases doctrinally structured and
tailored to the playing unit, which facilitated the Tactical Simulated War games. Past Military experience in
operational and tactical expertise was critical in the accomplishment of the tasks described above. Received a bonus
for the efforts placed on the monumental and operational task. Security Clearance held for this duty.
March 1992-March 1993. 48 hours per week: Military Skills Trainer.
RDA/Logicon Technical Services,
Was primarily designated the primary database builder for the units that came to train as platoons, and company
level units. The use of UNIX based systems as the primary facilitator is making this happen. Tasked the incoming
training unit to provide a Unit Manning Roster (UMR) and other associated documents such as Table Distribution & Allowances (TDA) and Table of Organization & Equipment (TO&E). Directed and performed training and
operational control for any unit that came in to train in the simulation center had to be trained on how the Urban
Combat Computer Assisted System (UCCATS)/JANUS worked. This LAN based operation linked all the computers
so that each workstation could be able to see each other when they would come into actual terrain line of sight and distance. Developed and coordinated a tour for the local German Military Army where various databases were built in order for the unit to use the facility. Assignment was to develop a symbol drawing that replicated the Leopard tank, and various vehicles unique to the German Military Army. Security Clearance held
for this duty assignment.

Diverse experience with various Communications Security in S-2, Battalion Level jobs, Plans and Exercises in S-3
Offices, at Battalion/Brigade Level. Intensely worked in dealing with Plans and Operations in G-3 at Division
Level. Army Aviation, and Instructor Qualified for Airborne and Air Assault Training, Driver Training, Army
Retention Recruiter, and Multi-Channel, Satellite/Tropospheric Scatter Communication. Combat tour in Viet Nam,
Combat tour in Grenada, Combat tour in Desert Storm, Top secret and Secret Security Clearance held on all of these duty assignments.
TRAINING
Operated various mechanical heavy lift equipment while assigned to many duties throughout the military and civilian sectors and environments. Extensive use of these heavy lift equipment in support of many aspects of environmental cleaning actions which were vital in quality of life issues for years and will continue to be such.
