Clearing & Forwarding

Monitor and manage various administrative aspects i.e expenses, and control weekly and monthly budget of the departments.

Supervise the Clearing and Forwarding team, set goals and monitor the performance of the direct reports and take full responsibility for the achievement of Individual key performance indicator.

Manage the operation performance and ensure they are performed in respect to the gross margin and disbursements on issuance of quotation. Ensure record accuracy by C&F team.

Managing timely delivery of client’s consignments in time and in good order.

Manage existing customer’s relationship as well as transportation request, documentation, Invoicing and debt collection, claims management, contract renewal, negotiation with stakeholders in obtaining competitive rates as well as quality service.

Liaising with stakeholders’ i.e Shipping Lines, CFS operators and Haulers targeting effective and competitive cost.

Proactively identify and address claims arising from all the stakeholders in the course of operations and timely respond to the matter.

Managing KPA Biller Direct and Account making sure that the account is free from errors.

Planning and manage clearing procedures, loading and offloading schedule as required.

Supervising the follow up of all clients’ container deposit refunds and maintains statistical reports.

Manage and supervise file processing system, ensuring SOPs and company policies are adhered to and continuously improved and updated by C&F team.
