About Me:

I Alicia Fatimah Nerinda a 32 year old self motivated,goal driven and a hard working single mother of 3 who resides in Bayview Chatsworth in Durban

Did my matric in 2017 and dropped out due to personal reasons

However I am currently writing 2 subject per year which started in 2016 delayed due to affordability but 2 more subs to go hopefully this year Sep 2022 will be writing my final

Work Experience:

Initially I had opted for nursing which did my caregivers course start up studies and decided to take another route …Cause was not my passion

However in the year 2014 my 1st call center or customer care experience begun

Started as sales Consultant, was one of the most paid agent at the company on month 3 of employment called which was ignition group where I saw this is definitely my field

Paid salary was about 8000 to 15 000 but basic was R2750

With Payslips to back up

Worked for company for over 5 years with broken service

Had to depart from ignition group cause being one of the best consultant was difficult to move from sales ( Business Strategy)

So moved over to other call centers …provided most on Cv

Currently working for a company called Call force Cellc for 2 years now
