Worked as Senior-Technical Engineer of (2*660MW UPRVUNL Thermal power Project, Obra-C- Uttar Pradesh) Under M/s. Thyssenkrupp Industrials Engineering Company Ltd-Pune.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for erection and commissioning of Wet type Flue Gas Desulfurization Systems.

Completed the equipment erection and hydro test of Fgd auxiliaries pump houses of Process

Water Pumps and cooling water pump, Emergency slurry pump, Mist elimination pumps.

Completed the piping erection of Ball mill slurry pump houses to Absorber areas with booster

Fan lubrication oil systems.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Operation Start-up (cold and Hot) and Shut down of Boiler.

Monitoring preventive maintenance schedule for all equipment’s.

Monitoring parameters of boiler through PLC.

Issuing permits to respective departments for Preventive Maintenance.

Handling Emergencies Like unit Blackout, Home Load, and Major Equipment’s Trips.

Preparing Monthly power reports, Day report, Shift wise report, etc.

Operation & maintenance of boiler accessories and mountings.

Supervision of all the equipment’s for their functioning and attending to all the problems encountered.

Operation Startup (cold and Hot) and Shut down of FGD unit.

Monitoring parameters of FGD through PLC.

Operation & maintenance of FGD rotary equipment’s &Absorber and gypsum belts.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

FLUE GAS DESULFURISATION:

Responsible for erection and commissioning of Wet type Flue gas desulfurization systems.

Type-Centrifugal anti corrosive pumps.

Capacity-110 M3/hr., 200&220&250 M3/hr. above pumps are cooling water, process water, mist eliminator; Emergency slurry feed pumps (9nos)

Ball Mill-Wet ball mill with Barrel type 25 M3/hr. Ball mill barrel weight-110tons.

Water and slurry tanks-Process water tank-2395M3,Cooling water-135 M3,Emergency slurry tank-2974 M3, Lime slurry feed tank-190M3.

Absorber-Vertical type Slurry spray system with mist eliminator scrubber, Slurry Agitators 4nos, Height-43.89x17.6mtr -192Hdpe Nozzles, With 5 set of Slurry recirculation pump- 9900M3/hr.

Booster fan-Axial flow fan with servo motor actuating blade tilting mechanism. Flow -438.84x104M3/hr.

Gas To Gas Heater (GGH)-Lingustrom rotor type Double pass with Carbon steel Baskets, gas to gas heater.

Gypsum Vacuum Belt Filter-Liquid ring Vacuum pump-187 M3/hr. Gypsum dewatering Belt- LxBxT-40mtrx10mtrx35mm.

Responsible for erection and commissioning of rotary equipment’s in Sea water make up pumps for C.W systems. And desalination systems pumps, cooling tower regulating ponds, Firefighting pump houses with Comprehensive Pump houses. And also complete piping erection in HDPE materials.
