Conduct preliminary round of Interview to evaluate communication, inter personal skills, brief them about the profile and check their suitability to schedule them for further assessments.
Onboarding process, carryout HR orientation and other joining formalities at the time of onboard
Timely process the evaluation and follow-up regarding the performance of employees
Prepare the Off-boarding process such as exit interview, EOS calculation, preparation of experience
& releasing of relieving letters and other cancellation documents to ensure a smooth exit and final settlement process.
Prepare all necessary documents and information required for new visa processing.
Online process for new visa, visa renewals, visa cancellation, status change, change profession etc.
Coordinate with PRO for Labor and immigration process
Update employee details in HRMS and personal file.
Generate payroll for the staff / workers based on the attendance and overtime
Process of Leave Application, leave settlement, records updates and arrangement of air tickets, re- joining formalities.
