I am an experienced Human Resources Manager with diverse opportunities in the manufacturing and hospitality industries. Believe me, the hospitality industry is not easy. I have had so much fun in my career: I've built four HR departments; created policies and programs for attendance, performance management, Management incentive plans, new payment plans, payroll systems, benefit programs, etc.. I've been called the FMLA Lady for years. I've planned formal employee dinners in a rodeo arena and employee fun days at Waterville; I've held open enrollment meetings at 2:30 a.m. on the emergency lane of Interstate 10 and 5:30 a.m. at a rest stop on Interstate 65.
