I am an experienced Human Resources Manager with diverse opportunities in the manufacturing and hospitality industries. Believe me, the hospitality industry is not easy. I have had so much fun in my career: I've built four HR departments; created policies and programs for attendance, performance management, Management incentive plans, new payment plans, payroll systems, benefit programs, etc.. I've been called the FMLA Lady for years. I've planned formal employee dinners in a rodeo arena and employee fun days at Waterville; I've held open enrollment meetings at 2:30 a.m. on the emergency lane of Interstate 10 and 5:30 a.m. at a rest stop on Interstate 65. Employees consider me their advocate and confidant. Employers consider me knowledgeable, honest and always able to count on me to protect their interests. I can and will bring my energy, experiences and knowledge to your company as well.
I was injured in an automobile accident in January, 2018 and required two and one half years to return to the workforce.
