JOB DESCRIPTION:

* Worked under 11KV as electrical engineer.

* Utilize and improve electrician standard operating procedure and techniques

* Ensure machine repair process with preventive maintenance work.

* Repair and replace parts on machine and systems including motor, panel, VFD, relays, timers, fuses, breaker, Push buttons, emergence lightning and controls.

*Configure controls to insure proper sizing of circuit breakers, fuses, starters and wire size for designated motor parameters with DOL, star and Delta connections.

* Test faulty equipment and motor to diagnose malfunctions using test equipment’s

* Inspect motors and panels to avoid defects such as loose connections, earthing or frayed wires.

* Perform scheduled preventive maintenance tasks such as checking, repairing equipment’s to detect and prevent problems to reduce breakdown time.

* Troubleshooting of panel connection and equipment’s.

* Maintaining MIS report regarding preventive maintenance, energy meter reading on daily basis and work plan as scheduled.
