Worley., Calgary, Alberta
Site RFI Coordinator
2019 - present
Report to the Project Engineer; responsible coordinating all disciplines RFIs to appropriate persons, created daily RFI status reports and responded to piping RFIs after working closely with piping construction contractor and engineers. KEY PROJECTS
● Suncor, Plant 04 Secondary Extraction Fire Restoration; Worked as the RFI coordinator and was part of the walkdown/turnover team. Worked to develop solutions to construction concerns for piping, mechanical and structural. Generated RFIs, FCNs and maintained all the associated documents for turnover and commissioning. The project had a very aggressive schedule and Plant 4 is in a pit with very limited amount of space during construction. This required working long hours with limited time off to keep the schedule on track.
● Suncor, MacKay River Fire Rebuild; Worked as the piping RFI coordinator. Worked closely with the piping fabricators, piping contractor and the office engineering group to respond to the RFIs within a 24 hour timeframe. Kept RFI log up to date and attended weekly meetings to discuss any delays in progress and project challenges. The project had a very condensed schedule, combined with harsh winter weather working conditions, equipment and material shortages and the onset of Covid-19 made for some very unique challenges that were met and overcome. Worley Parsons., Calgary, Alberta
Senior Piping Designer
2018 -2019
Report to the Piping Lead; responsible for engineering designs, generating drawing packages, design modifications, project co-ordination and approvals.
KEY PROJECT
● CNRL Horizon, SUG; Worked as piping designer to update area 44 using PDS to arrive at a final layout that was the best possible option. The client required all new pieces of equipment and piping to be run in the existing facility without shutting down or removing any operating piping/equipment. A four week shutdown was scheduled to tie in all the equipment and abandon the original equipment/piping in place. The existing facility was extremely congested and required site visits to confirm model correctness and space availability. EPFC Corporation., Calgary, Alberta
Senior Piping Designer/Checker
2015 - 2018
Report to the Project Manager; responsible for engineering designs, generating drawing packages, design modifications, project co-ordination and approvals. Also responsible for checking drawing packages. KEY PROJECT
● AltaGas, Townsend; Worked as senior checker ensuring that the IFC package was fit for purpose, accurate and met all of the requirements for all of the stakeholders involved in the project. I worked with the piping design staff and the fabricators, using CADWorx and Navisworks, to arrive at a final layout that was the best possible option. I also spent time mentoring to junior staff and created a positive work environment. TONY LYNCH, Page 2

Also created typical drawing packages for gas gathering systems to standardize facilities to save time and money. I was responsible for making sure that the schedule and budget were met and that the site operations team was involved and approving. Spent time mentoring to junior staff on site and checking their work.
● Encana, Red Rock Battery; Worked as project lead piping designer creating model using CADWorx. Facility included group and test separator skids, several compressors, flare stack, tank farm and outlet piping. Facility had been previously in operation with temporary equipment and great care had to be taken to insure that new equipment could be installed without interrupting production until schedule permitted. Had the junior staff develop layout under my guidance. Checked and signed off on final package. AMEC, Calgary, Alberta
