Follow up with new joiners on a feed-back post 30 days of joining just to understand if they got settled or if they have any concerns or issues.

Ensuring 100 % compliance to get all new joiners covered under insurance or ESI whichever is applicable & keeping the record of employee’s time management, leave & attendance, verifying time sheets, work charts, wage computation, and other information to detect and reconcile payroll discrepancies with Finance Team & Auditors when concerns are raised.

Ensuring that company assets are returned by the employees before their exit. Exit Forms and clearance certificates are issued to the employees in a day or two before the actual last working day, so that they can get clearance form signed by their respective HOD, Admin, Finance, IT, & HR.

Post which the exit interview is conducted and issue Relieving & Experience letters.

LOP, Deductions to be considered like company transport, Canteen, damaging company assets, Deductions of loans, insurance, car lease, Loan/advances like housing, educational loans, or any other benefit which the organization is providing.
