Founded the HR Dept in Emirates Glass

After Dubai Investment managed the Human Resources for Emirates Glass, I suggested to Emirates Glass' Management to have HR be supervised directly under them. As I was trained in the UAE labour & immigration system, I undertook this challenge. It was an incredible opportunity to lead the responsibility to both manage the transition and the follow-up on the transactions of more than 200 employees relating to their visas, medical insurance, leaves, and general HR specifications.
