• Instructing survey crews in the field layout of the more difficult construction projects, in replacing lost survey monuments, in setting property corners on city land from legal descriptions and title information, and in performing other aspects of survey work like Settlements monitoring.

• Serving as the liaison between public utilities, contractors & subcontractors during construction to provide continuity in the assignment of survey crews.

• Coordinating work assignments with the schedule of the contractor to ensure timely completion of projects.

• Reviewing & analyzing work methods to increase efficiency and productivity and providing input into the writing of performance standards.

• Studying operational problems and recommending changes & making report on events and activities which may affect operations.

• Reviewing blueprints and legal deeds to survey areas in detail.

• Carried out daily survey for daily progress preparing progress/data sheets and updates for tugs and tenders and troubleshooting
