Troubleshooting in furnace SFC panel and electrical Installation, Troubleshooting in PCC and MCC panels. and planning and execution of Preventive maintenance. Supervision of checking and testing of panel’s control wiring, PLC (Siemens) interfacing in between motor control panels and PLC panels, input outputs checking from motor control panels to PLC panels. Daily supervision of Electrical system in plant working machinery by SCADA (Siemens Wincc) system. All maintenance completed in plant by following safety rules and 5S system. PLC EXPOSURE

Knowledge of Ladder logic programming used in PLC and programming & SCADA system Executing a series of test to ensure that PLC, the ladder logic program, the I/O devices and associated wiring operate accordingly to specification.

Troubleshooting by identifying which output relay operates properly not. Knowledge of Schneider electric, AB, SIEMENS & DELTA PLC System and INTOUCH SCADA System Knowledge of VFD, HMI System
