Accounts

• Preparing & maintaining statutory books of accounts, Finalization of P&L account and Balance Sheet, reconciliation statements, fixed assets registers and financial statements in compliance with Budget, time & accuracy norms and VAT compliance.

• Handling Payroll Processing function involving computation of salaries & Gratuity and end of service benefits.

• Coordinating in the preparation, maintenance and filing of projected P&L Account & Balance Sheet as required by bank authorities and financial institutions.

Feb 2016 to Mar 2019: RAK CERAMICS PJSC – The parent company throughout my working career of 23yrs in UAE. Working in Accounts Department as Senior Accounts Personnel handling and assisting various modules like Inventory Management, Fixed Assets, Trade Finance –Import/Export, Receivable & Payables sections. Prepare monthly MIS report and analysis on inventory for management decision making. Handle negotiation of export LC documents and checking accuracy of shipping documents accepted against the issued import LC.

JAN 2013 - Feb 2016 : Creolla Designs – as Manager – Accounts & Operations. Responsible for overall accounting procedures until finalization and Auditing as per UAE statutes and supporting in various stages of Production to assist the Management to reduce costs and improve profitability. Creolla Designs is patronized by H.H. The Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah. This is a leading women’s fashion house in the region catering to Royal and elite customers. The clients also include several famous celebrities and Beirut film industry. Creolla Designs is also a sister concern to RAK Ceramics Company. JAN 2009 – DEC 2012 – as General Manager – AL JAZEERA FARM PRODUCTS LLC. Worked as General Manager for a successful farming company set up in the desert land of Ras Al Khaimah producing various Fruits and Vegetables in large scale owned and operated by M/S RAK INVESTMENT AUTHORITY - A RAK GOVERNMENT ORGANIZATION AND SISTER CONCERN - M/S RAK CERAMICS.
