Assisting the Supervisor of Perioperative Services in planning, directing and managing the Sterile Processing staff to assure quality service to the hospital on a 24 hour basis.

Supervised autoclaving and managed every work area. Decontam, Assembly, and Sterile Storage.

Thoroughly decontaminated, cleaned, sorted, and scoped instruments after surgical procedures.

Oversees staff productivity and ensures production is standardized and compliant with the Joint Commission, AAMI, OSHA and SFH/Department policies and procedures.
