KEY RESPONSIBILITIES HANDLED ON POST CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION:

All related activities of Post Contract administration-Responsible for managing project costs from start to completion.

Prepare Cost monitoring reports and discuss with management monthly to ensure that expenditures are kept within the project budget

Ensure effective project implementation and utilize productive reports from the creation of WBS with the use of project management system (SAP) to monitor the status of all purchases, invoicing and delivery up to the closure of the project.

Ensure that all contractual correspondence is prepared, issued and responded to in a timely manner.

Lead Commercial and negotiation meetings with client and provide updates to management on cost impact as required; Visit Site as and when required to monitor progress.

Examines the Prime Contract Documents to detect areas of possible contents of various claims, Change order that affect the final value of the Contract and prepare Claims, Variations, Interim payments to Contract.

Dealing with Consultant/ Client to finalize the variations evaluation and prepare, agree Interim monthly payments based on the work progress in a timely manner.

Subcontractor Management-Administer Subcontracts for Contractual correspondences, Payments, Claims, Variations, Back charges, Final account.

Working on ERP system for all the above activities related to post-tendering functions

Coordination with project procurements on advising the budgeted cost to monitor the commercial values.

Preparation of Final Bill by coordinating with client and various internal department and submit to management on cost involved on completion of project.

Review tender documents to provide required information for management to enlighten their decision to participate in the tender.

Prepare/Check BOQ as per the drawings / specs and Contract conditions provided in the tender documents.

Making technical Queries from tender documents, conditions of contract, Drawings, BOQ and specifications and clarifying from the Client/Project Management Consultants.

Prepare and Float Enquiries for vendor items in the market and prepare a market analysis statement and find the best price available to prepare cost estimate for the bid.

Prepare Rate Analysis & Indirect cost as per the Specifications, drawings and contract conditions to submit a commercial offer for the bid.
