·More than 17 years experience as a Production & Quality Engineer in manufacturing steel casting industries.

·Responsible for total production and quality control various steel casting like, valve 2’’ to 42’’ casting inspection. Operation involves for steel casting processing knockout, short blasting, chipping, gas cutting, Welding grinding and fettling finishing as per gauges inspection.

·Engaged manpower as per volume and type of jobs need to complete on that shift.

·Managed daily operation in production tool room casting and related operation.

·Involved in all support groups for continuous improvement cost saving and learn manufacturing.

·By Hands on experience dimension inspection, in process inspection and casting final inspection.

·Knowledge of quality standards and Dedication to Product quality.

·Verify the Quality inspection at each stage with respect to customer expectations and on time delivery.

RESPONSIBILITES:

·Supervises 60 employees in the production & quality operations division.

·Production – Planning – Dispatch activities, keeping on time delivery & Reducing the WIP inventory.

·Resolve quality issue by identifying problems, examining solution options, implementing action plans and providing resources.

· Responsible for internal quality audit. Rejection & reworks analysis.

· Prepare the quality documents every inspection stage, scheduling the jobs and meeting the target.

·Responsible for in first stage, in process and final inspection checking operations.

·Responsible for customer complaints handlings and Third party inspection Co-ordination.

·Leads complaint investigation, failure analysis of returned products and determines whether to stop dispatch / stop production

·Institutes quality metrics to be discussed quality meeting and implements corrective measure.

·Responsible for documents process necessary for ISO standards.

·Repair reducing activities, problem solving and maintaining quality.

·Improving the relationships between the customers, Resolve contractor issue.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:

·Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (1998-2000) with 79.6% 1st class With Honors.

·Higher Secondary School Examination (1997-1998) with 65%.

·S;S;L.C State Board Examination (1995-1996 )with 74.6%
