Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition

Understanding the JD.

Sourcing, screening and short listing the candidates profile based on the JD.

Scheduling candidates for telephonic and face to face interviews and negotiating salary

packages.

Keeping track of candidates on the interview process.

Experience in both contract and permanent Staffing.

Operations:

Preparing and updating TAG-dashboards and Communication trackers regularly.

Working as an End-User in Oracle HRMS and familiar with HR module.

Initiated TAG Operations (Sharing Joining documents, Creating Employee IDs, Email IDs, ID

card, and Work Stations& Asset Allocation).

Communications mailers, Policy awareness mailers, Event teaser and Organization and

Announcement.

Ensure standard process adherence for pre-joining formalities

SPOC for releasing regular Offer Letter & Contractual employee work order for PAN India.

Conducting the induction for new employees.

Responsible to resolve TA related helpdesk ticket.

Providing resolutions & backend support to Recruiters &HR Shared Services Team.

Handling employees pre-joining process that includes updating candidates information such as

name/ qualification/ current company/ location/ salary break-up/ allocation to various projects

and maintaining employee master records in Oracle HRMS.

Backend Support to All over India Talent Acquisition Team (Chennai (HO), Delhi, Mumbai,

Kolkata, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Cochin) Vendor Management Agreement.

Preparing Relieving letter, experience letter, F&F statement, Notice period recovery and

Termination letter process for PAN India.

Initiating and Maintaining tracker for Background Verification's.

Background Verification's for ex-employee.

Processing of recruitment invoices for Talent Acquisition vendors, Issuing & generating offer

letter & Work Order of candidate, New Joining Relocation expenses & Notice Payout

Managing coordination with Talent Acquisition teams, Vendors and Finance with respect to

queries and provide clarifications / service requests

Validating the invoices for all mandatory information and processing them for payment

Reports and Recommendations:

Weekly Hiring & Attrition reporting; HC movement governance; Attrition report analysis report-

out to business heads to arrive at acceptable levels of attrition, Attendance governance and

weekly audits

Preparation of reports on periodic basis, Weekly HC Report, Hiring and Attrition, Monthly:

Open Positions Updates, PAN India TAG Performance report, Attrition analysis report.

Preparing monthly reports for actual numbers hired and projection of the numbers which are to

be hired & preparing monthly - CPH (cost Per Hire) combining the fixed and Variable cost.

Responsible for PAN India Offer Tracker Sheet Audits, Offered Candidates Documents Audits,

Vendor Invoice Audits & Generate Discrepancy analyses across all location of recruiters data.

Tracking yearly Budget sheet, Requirement sheet & sourcing sheet pertaining to Recruitment

for the respective financial year.
