Studying the complete project scope of works like General Condition of Contract, Scope of Work, and Technical Specifications.
Enquiry floating for all equipment’s and other materials as per contract requirement, reviewing vendor proposal.
Coordinating with QA / QC department to make sure all ITP’s are getting approved and Inspection requirements are following whenever required.
Coordination with HSE department to make sure all required safety procedures are approved and all works are following with in safety rules & requirements.
Works to be executed as per approved drawings, procedures, standards & specifications.
Planning and executing the various activities like Rigging Plan, Equipment Installation, alignment & Pre-Commissioning.
Planning and executing the various activities like Piping erection, structural erection & Levelling.
Planning and executing the various activities like BOQ of Insulation measurements of equipment & pipes.
Preparation of Construction Work Packages (Equipment Erection).
Experience in handling of Laser Alignment Kit ( OPTALIGN PLUS - PRUFTECHNIK ) & Received award as “THE BEST PUMP ALIGNMENT TEAM”
Experience in assembling Fin fan coolers.
Supervision of Equipment, piping & structural Installation, on as required at site condition.
To make sure approved manpower, equipment’s, materials & Tools used for executing the complete project works.
After completing construction works overall punch list is prepared and to close out all before client final walk down.
Pre-commissioning and commissioning carried out with supporting of Client, Maintenance Team and Vendors.
