JOB PROFILE

• Update and maintain day to day accounting journals, ledgers and other records detailing financial transactions

• Enter all documents includes Quotations, Sales orders, Delivery Notes, Purchase orders, Sales, Purchase, Receipts, Payments, Debit notes & Credit notes etc

• Prepares daily cash reports, Bank reports, PDC Registers, Petty Cash statements & Assure liquidity position of the company

• Manage A/R, A/P & Outstanding by reconciling of customers/vendors accounts, & maintain ageing reports

• Maintains and balances Banks & subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling transactions; resolving discrepancies

• Manage & control Inventory; Maintaining Order Register, Material Inward and Outward Book r & conduct physical verification of stock on random basis

• Develop, manage and maintain comprehensive Payroll records & Employee benefits by calculating deductions and earnings

• Review all type of journal entries & manage adjusting entries, accruals, prepaid, depreciation, amortization & provisions etc. as part of month-end closing entries

• Prepare, analyze, and distribute periodical financial statements includes Trial balance, P&L, B/S, Cash Flows & other MIS reports as management required

• Responsible for fixed assets management and the preparation of all related documentation

• Liaison with all levels of management, departments, internal and external auditors, banks, regulatory agencies, suppliers and customers

• Coordinate with External & Internal Auditors to finalize yearly accounts

• Performs other duties as assigned or required

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

o Bachelor of Commerce (B.com), Calicut University, India o Professional Diploma in corporate Accounts and taxation o Master International Financial Accounting(online) IT SKILLS

o MS Office packages

o Familiar with Microsoft Excel Macros and formulas o Accounting Packages-Tally ERP 9, Peachtree, SAPFICO, QuickBooks o Gulf Vat
