●Attendance Management:

Pointing exceptions on daily basis

Monitoring leaves, LOPs, unscheduled overtime and 6th day overtime

Preparing Daily Planned Manpower for current shift and Overtime eligibility for next day.

●HR MIS:

Preparation of Weekly HR-MIS report and Overtime VCPU Report and share it with HR Analytics team and Site Finance team respectively.

Various Reports which are required by HRBP.

●Payroll Management:

Tallying Agency Associates and Amazon Employees Payroll Report with MyTime Report on weekly and monthly basis.

● Disciplinary actions:

Monitoring issue of warning letters for indiscipline of Associates.

Prompting agency to follow standard disciplinary processes

●Performance Management:

Generating attendance, Quality and Productivity Feedback along with agency.

Updating feedback tracker once the feedback is received.

●Onboarding:

Ensuring all joining documents are in file according to the joining checklist

Ensuring visibility of new joiners in all the systems

Coordinating with agency to ensure smooth first day formalities.

Educating new joiners on HR policies and system by taking induction of them.

●Engagement activities:

Supporting HRBP to implement all engagement initiatives on shop floor.

●Conducting ACL practices:

Ensuring all the ACL practices are done on time according to its recurrence.

Such as Birthday Round Table, HR Gemba, Focused Group Discussions, etc.

●Training & Development:

Trained and developed 10 newly joined team members with all the processes required by HR Admin Ops at Amazon.

●Business HR:

As per Company’s Labour Management requirement, with site’s HRBP take call on hiring and de-hiring, renewals of contract of labours.

Make sure completion of all the points given on Peak doc. on portal in real and also ensure that the same is updated on portal too.

Provide HR peak preparedness playbook to Site lead which includes, Hiring plan, Exigency plans related to high attrition, heavy absenteeism, buses management, employee engagement plan during peak, ACL practices to be conducted before peak, etc.

●Projects Worked on:

1)Consumption of Optional Leaves:

Initiated a dashboard which gave us site team clarity on pending Optional Leave of L1 Associates and ensured that maximum Associates got their Optional Leave consumed.

2)Simplification of Leave Approval Process:

Had successfully launched Quip (Share Web Portal) to simplify Leave approval process of Associates in two different sites.

3) Part of Launch Team:

Was an integral part of BOM7 Launch Team which is the biggest Amazon Fulfilment Centre in West Node.

Was part of the team who launched Women at Night Shift in BOM7.

4)Onboarding of Associates:

Successfully conducted hiring process and on boarded Associates as per requirement during peak and also during BAU period.

5)Simplfication of Reports:

With help of technical excel skills have simplified DPM, attendance working sheet, Weekly OT VCPU report and other dashboards too.
