• Update and consolidate chilled water usage and assist to FM for monthly billing to tenants.
• Assist to tenants/Clients for air con extension in BMS and consolidate the extension report for monthly KPI report
• Assist FM to consolidate monthly breakdown report for KPI meeting
• Prepare consolidated monthly report for various PM/ CM activities
• Follow up Ad hoc jobs with client request by submitting quotation and work request as per SOR
• Rise,update and completed the notification work order by clients SAP
• Submit quotation to client for approval based on SOR/Star rate/RFQ
