I've worked in oilfield production for over 18 years. I'm well versed in health, environmental & safety regulations at the local level. The ability to work in challenging and competitive environments while remaining calm and enthusiastic has allowed me to develop productive and leadership skills. Feild work hadd helped me gain exposure and to use my experience and skills to continuously improve performance in HSE in order to contribute to business development, productivity, increased revenue, decision-making and professional growth.

Measure participation in the implementation of HSE best practices and procedures by involving the team lead and supervisors.

Engage with management to provide resources for successful implementation of HSE practices including BBS program, using organizational values.

Use real workable procedures to determine the quality of HSE interventions as well as track the trend of common issues, identify areas for improvement, and facilitate the sharing of learning.

Improved BBS system participation and quality score within organization. Audit the process, assess the checklist, data collection and management strategy, succession planning and motivation strategies as well as how to continuously improve them.

Won first place in local and international rankings for BBS systems within the company. Introduced AWARE CARD (system), a new reporting tool that has been selected by OXY management as one of the best implementations of 2021.

To ensure that company employees and subcontractors are aware of the importance of BBS, thus arrange and conduct BBS awareness training on topics such as: Safety culture – "how we do things around here", Management commitment - production vs. safety and Mutual trust.

Act accordingly in the event of an emergency Plan-and-reaction scenario to educate emergency about ERP. ensuring the non-routine tasks are covered that was carried out by staff during depletion and shutdowns.

At the rigs and field facilities, I supported the Field Superintendent, Rig Manager, and Field HSE Advisors in implementing company policies, procedures, emergency plans, standards, incident investigations, delivery of trainings, site audits and safe systems of work.

Monitor and report on the rig's performance against the annual QHSE KPIs to the HSE Manager and Workover Superintendent.

Encourage BBS participation through facilitating BBS observations, schedule meetings with committee members and observers. Follow up on all open stop cards to make sure they're closed on time.

Monitor operations and guiding on Standard Operating Procedures

(SOPs), Risk Assessments, and Hazard Identification as needed. Using positive developmental approaches to intervene and coach.

Develop weekly and monthly BBS trending based on reported BSS classifications (checklist), and inform employees about all positive behaviours and areas for development. Giving employees who have been observed fair and balanced comments. Determine the challenges to safe behavior.

Meetings with observers in order to solve problems and improve the quality. For lessons learned and corrective measures, ensured that all BBS interventions are documented.

HSE MANAGEMENT SKILLS
