Receives sales order from marketing every month for the subsequent month planning.

Based on the sales order and Production capacity day wise monthly plan is generated and issue to the concerned section.

Check the physical stock statement and calculate the material required for making the required quantity.

Request for the RAW material and accessories to be procured and coordinate with the purchase department.

Monthly plan is spilit into weekly plan and the material required at each stage of operation to be calculated considering the lead time. issue the same to the concerned section head.

Day to Day plan is decided based on the weekly plan by the concerned section head.

Receive the daily production report from concerned dept and update the daily closing stock statement.

Prepare dispatch plan and issue it to packing and dispatch section. Receive the daily dispatch details and update the book order position.
