Ensure the establishment and implementation of HSE management system of the project, establish project HSE plan including HSE policy (based on collaborative HSE policy) and continuously improve it.
Assist and coordinate the project lead and all personnel assigned in the project in establishing the overall project HSE management plan based on the company's IMS management standards and project requirements.
Effective Interface with Company & Contractors on HSE Issues and Setting Safety Objective Targets for contractors.
Advise on setting up the improvement guidelines for Project HSE Management System to project employees.
Coordinate and communicate with Client & Consultant on Project HSE issues.
Internal & external safety audits, risk management process for project activities, providing of strong control measures on healthy work practices.
Proper coordination with the Execution team to provide positive resolution of non-conformance issues.
To plan, direct and supervise the day-to-day activities of safety and fire services for the assigned operation area.
Conducting safety induction training for new employees to familiar with hazards related to the work.
Report the performance status of Project HSE and relevant issues to the Corporate HSE Team, Consultant and Project Lead.
Ensure all non-compliances are monitored and reported to the line manager in order to enable effective decision making and minimization of breaches Manage implementation of company accreditation OHSAS 18001 (ISO 45001) and ISO 14001 in order to ensure all the required documents and systems are in place to enable efficient HSE operations.
Establish the emergency response plan for major hazards and provide the training.

Co-ordinate and supervise safety support under his control, gather feedback and identify Project and Work Activity trends.
Promote the provision of adequate resources and competencies to achieve the required health and safety performance of the project; this is to include assisting in the promotion, development, organization and delivery of health and safety training, instruction and information systems.
Establish Project HSE audit program & schedule and perform within the project organization in cooperation with Corporate HSE Team.
Ensure that HSE is applied in line with the Project HSE Design Criteria to the Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning and Mechanical Completion phases of the Project.
Produce and develop the Project HSE Training Plan. Ensure implementation of the plan. Ensure that training records are maintained.
Working with in a corporate team for setting up of Safety Performance Targets and the promotion of Zero Accident at Site.
Proper coordination with the Execution team to provide positive resolution of non-conformance issues.
Preparing weekly/monthly HSE static report, training plan, site inspection report etc.
Ensure training all the work force on emergency preparedness.
Promoting activities of safety committee by assisting & cooperating with management& achieving the aim & objectives in the health & safety policy.
Maintain & control daily HSE practices with regular checks of works sites, ensure that hazards are identified, precautionary measure are taken and advice higher management on HSE matters.
Safety analysis for critical operations, preparation of job safety Analysis, assists in the investigation of all accidents & injuries & follows up on near misses.
Actively lead to put in place safety incentives and other safety promotional programs aim to increase the cooperativeness and safety awareness of site workers.
Preparation of detailed lists of foreseeable HSE requirements for operation needs. Maintain adequate stocks of health, safety & environment equipment & materials.
Tracking and identifying applicable laws & regulations with specific emphasize on Environment, Noise, and hazardous waste to evaluate the potential impact of these laws on the operations of facilities.
Promote waste management programme to collect, store, transport & disposal.
