Responsible for the daily Operations of an Apartment Complex.

Responding to Residents Complaints.

Collecting of Maintenance payments/ issuing Receipts.

Handing of all Staffs/ providing training them.

Keep all financial related documents in ready.

Coordinating with managing committee to report day to day activity.

Coordinating with Vendors for AMC and other operation related.
