Responsibilities:

Coordinate and supervise PPM or reactive maintenance activities for dynamics and statics equipment on the plant (cranes, shredders, conveyors, air compressors, optical separators, Eddy current separators, motor and gearboxes, SCADA system monitoring or invertors and PLC’s, even fans or pumps, etc.) aiming to achieve maximum plant availability, with zero unplanned down time.

Supervise mechanical, electrical and instrumentation activities for accomplishing the daily schedule and monthly target on allocated budget, to ensure a good operation activity in all company plants (Oil, Gas and Utilities).

Lead chemical and biological lab monitoring and analysis for wastewater and bio sludge, on water cleaning process, to adjust process for less pollutant discharged on effluent as plant environmental policy and Authority require.

Supervise the analysis of information on injuries, damage and production loss. Assess accident trends and review overall safety performance.

Monitor compliance of quality limits for water outlet in accordance with applied legislation and supervise wastewater testing labs (chemical and micro biological) activities.

Optimize operation requirements (flow, pH, temperature, dissolved oxygen adjustments and microbiological nutrients dosing) for a viable active sludge (biomass) in bio tanks, to obtain minimal costs and less penalties by water discharge quality with maximum efficiency/cleaning performance.

Coordinate underground drilling team for adduction and diversion galleries : supervise perforation’s activities, explosives handling, front shooting, loading and shipping materials, wall supporting, water drainage and ensures current logistics, also ensure employees’ training in strictly underground HSE rules .

Analyze the conformity of execution plans, designs and technical standards applied for this site and make corrections.
