Job Responsibility:

Testing and controlling of solenoid valves, pressure switches, checking of thermocouple, RTD’S,Load cell.

Calibration of pressure transmitter, temperature transmitter (ABB, SEIMENS, HONEYWELL) and abb gas analyser

Maintaining the shift and trouble shooting of proximity switches, zero speed switch, beltways, sequential timers etc.

Involved in maintenance and calibration of packing plant packer (VT-CORP)

Attending breakdowns jobs, doing preventive maintenance and planning of shut down jobs

Develop and maintain relations with suppliers

Responds to emergency calls, troubleshoots problems and takes action

Supervises the maintenance, installation, calibration and repair of variety of electronic instruments,

devices and process control computers

Modification and developments work as per management requirement

Evaluates automatic process control equipment for its ability to meet the operational needs

Supervise current equipment services contracts

To ensure downtime of the plant is reduced by planning and the implementation of maintenance practices

Documentation for assigned work

Arrange work schedule and man power distribution

Successfully completed all Assigned work with Zero Percentage Accident

Maintenance & trouble shooting of field instruments like Control valves

Loop checking between instruments and DCS.

Involved in maintenance and calibration of on/off valves,control valves

Involved in erection and commissioning of gas detectors, PID controllers, level switch

Involved in maintenance and calibration of flow meters, flow switches, DP transmitters
