EXECUTIVE AND ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT EXPERIENCE
Assisted in the administration of disability access caseload lending support to a team of senior attorneys in mediating the representation of disabled clients. Oversaw legal service on defendants and otherwise maintained case development and integrity.
Served as assistant to lead social workers/clinicians in the supervision and counseling of trouble teens in several state-licensed residential care facilities. Assisted in maintaining residential facilities in strict compliance with state and federal guidelines. Developed and implemented new staff training programs.
Provided support to a team of Nurse Administrators in the development of at least ten surgery centers around the country. Created and updated technical data manuals and policy and procedure manuals for use in the development of and utilization within the surgery centers. Coordinated the management and integrity of medical information between contracted surgery centers and medical transcriptionists insuring timely delivery of quality assured documents.
Assisted decedent affairs department supervisor in insuring full compliance during JCAHO accreditation survey of Medical University of South Carolina Hospital. Expedited completion of accumulated outstanding departmental documentation and maintained staff schedules and new-hire training.
As part of a multi-disciplinary team, designed, constructed and opened a multi-site physical therapy entity and prepared the initial operational budget and brought this budget into a positive balance within 2 months. Negotiated and developed contract agreements with third-party payers as well as in-house service agreements with local hospital for services provided.
