Description : ESP is Air pollution control equipment; this is installed in soda Ash plant in Kenya. Sequence operation of ESP like LDFAN, Damper actuator, Bucket elevator, Chain conveyor,Hopper, Rapping motors, Transformer field automatically.and various parameters monitor & control through SCADA.

Description : RF dryer is one of the yarn dryer machines in textile application using radio frequency. Based on the preset parameter like electrode position, conveyor speed, and anode current m/c will be run automatically. Also monitor the actual parameter for electrode position, conveyor speed, anode current, oven temperature.

Description : This machine having different station, every station having a separate fuction.servo installed in final end (i.e. winding side) depends on the hardening speed winding motor running. Winding shaft coupled with rotary encoder. This F.b given to the servo drive. servo motor encoder F.B given to the PLC for spool left/right position control for customer preset for QPT (HMI) .for different wire size we can change servo parameter (EGR).QPT and servo drive communicate with modbus RTU.
