I supervised up to 100+ customer service representatives. We each had a total of two or more computer terminals and had to learn the Target way of doing things. Target north-branch was located in Brooklyn Park, Minneapolis, MN. This assignment was a base paying job.

This position was located at one of Wells Fargo branch. We had multiple screens to complete our job assignment each and every day. With this assignment we were tasked to complete our own hours via an excel spreadsheet, as well as complete as accurate as possible 45 loan documents per hour.

My job as the Signing Supervisor was to ensure each of the three crew members was doing their jobs accordingly, i.e., arrive on-time, holding the signs at the required times, turning the signs as needed, not sleeping on the job and more.
