I am currently working as a deputy Manager on NICU.
Responsible for staff off duty or Rota, staff appraisal. Sickness and absence management, staff training, and e-procurement.

Care of Intubated babies with multiple medical problems.
Care of babies in incubator and warmer with the diagnosis of prematurity and low birth weight.
Assisted doctors with intubation
Taking care of babies on ECHMO and Cooling with HIE
Care of babies with congenital heart diseases and lung diseases on ventilator
Assisted consultants and senior doctors during difficult procedures
Putting Long Lines for TPN
Care of the babies with the diagnosis of Hyperbilli receiving phototherapy light
Done whole blood exchange transfusion for the hyperbillirobenemic babies.
Admission of new baby on to the unit
