● Support and assist ICE PCIF Managers as subject matter expert on all HSPD12 and PACS related issues.

● Manage consumables for PCIF, maintain consumable inventory list.

● Review, verify and enter card Credential Request forms information into Smartcard Management System (SCMS). Review and verify Identity Proofing documents. Complete verification for non-US Citizens.

● Conduct Employee/Contractor PIV card enrollments. Capture photo of each applicant. Capture biometrics (fingerprints) for applicant enrollments. Conduct LiveScan fingerprinting for employee/contractor pre-employment investigations. Electronically submit LiveScan digital FD-258 cards to OPM.

● Validate CDC’s Information Technology Services Office certificate update information. Perform PKI Smartcard certificate update.

● Print and issue CDC PIV, RLA & ALT cards. Replace lost/damaged cards. Collect/shred expired, damaged cards in accordance with government procedures.

● Develop automated spreadsheets for Smartcard Office. Compute weekly and monthly status reports. Safeguard all personal identifiable information (PII) data.
