Planning the execution of maintenance activity, observing standard procedures for maintenance and considerably reducing down time.

Preventive & Predictive maintenance: Preventive maintenance planning. Preparation of Preventive maintenance schedule/calendar and execution. Monitoring and analyzing the equipment to avoid unexpected breakdown and efficiently handling breakdown & modification by applying various efforts.

Scheduled & Preventive maintenance: Planning, scheduling, preparation of calendar and implementation / execution of the preventive maintenance as per scheduled programme Breakdown Maintenance: Attending to all breakdown maintenance with the desired urgency to minimize the downtime. Breakdown analysis and corrective action planning to avoid recurrence / repetition of forced repairs.

Identifying root cause of failures and implementing quick breakdown solutions to put the equipment back in operation within minimum turnaround time.

Maintenance & Operation of HP & LP Compressors, Air Dryer.(Reciprocating compressor Looking plant safety works, Make the plant zero breakdown time.
