Perform every step of recruitment process from processing RTF, scheduling of applications, shortlisting, arranging aptitude test, interviewing candidates, verification of qualifications, reference check, business verification, referral for medical assessment till Appointment stage.

disability benefit application.

Attend to queries, ensures customer service is delivered in an efficient and effective manner.

Capture all new engagements on DRL system

and generate service numbers.

Generate and print employee cards for new

employees and for those who had lost them,

Scan all new documents received on DMS

before they can be filed in personnel files.

Ensure that all manual personnel files are in

accordance with service numbers, and they

can be easily retrieved.

Organize meetings, prepare agenda, taking

minutes and ensure all meeting logistics are

provided thereof.

Capture all bail payments in JDAS and ICMS system then generate bail numbers.

Clears the bails on the system when already claimed

Register all decision dockets and distribute to relevant Prosecutors

Perform all clerical duties and assist customers

Records the matter while in progress and updates the status of cases in court in the dockets
