1.Planning & Implementation of Production Schedule

In cooperation with the Sales & Operations team, prepare and finalize a monthly, weekly and daily production plan

Allocate and assign manpower to support the Production Plan. Organize staff shift rotation and tasks when required

Manage priorities in relation to customer requested delivery schedule
