ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conducting safety/ Induction training.
To provide adequate training for site management, Supervisors and their team and Sub contractors as per scope of HSE plan.
Promote HSE training at all levels, new contractor, staff etc.
Review Risk assessments method standards for consultants and contractors.
To investigate and report immediately in writing all accidents, unsafe acts, near misses occurred at the work site and to submit in writing to the concerned office.
Responsible in maintaining a register for all the accidents and near misses that happened during the project and update in daily manner.
To maintain records and inspection &testing certificate of all the equipments and tools.
Preparing and conducting Tool Box Talk for workforce.
Preparing &Implement Emergency Plans / Mock drills etc.
Monitor various permits to work systems.
To participate in the weekly/ monthly safety audits inspections and to ensure that all the unsafe acts/ conditions reported are rectified.
Providing Induction / Orientation for new Appointee’s & Fire Crew Staffs
Imparting Fire Fighting Training and First Aid Training for fire crew members.
Carrying daily, weekly & Monthly inspection maintenance Fire Fighting/Safety Equipments and Accessories.
Maintaining the Fire fighting systems in good condition (Fire Tender-2Nos /Foam tender), Fire water Monitors, Hydrants, Foam trolley, Fire extinguishers, Fire Hoses).
