Summary of Skills:

About 10+ years of experience as an Electrical & instrumentation engineer in Erection, Installation, Loop check, maintenance, commissioning and development co-ordination of Electrical and instruments in Oil and Gas Petrochemicals, Refinery, Power Plant. Projects.

Review Electrical & Instrument engineering drawings

Create electrical installation details, one-line diagrams, panel layouts, cable and consumer lists under the supervision of a technical lead.

Retrieve information to complete drawing, layout and design including technical specifications.

Carry out of hands on inspection, Checking, Calibration, troubleshooting, and Repair of equipment .

Inspect repair and remove all type Generator and transformer, switches, Control equipment wrings Electrical, Communication System.

Document maintained, Calibration, Installation, Fault diagnosis and repair of Electrical, Mechanical, pneumatic, Instrument and system.

Calibration, troubleshooting and maintenance plant instrumentation. Transmitter, Control Valve, Analyser .

Continuously inspecting work in progress and verifying the work is performed in accordance with the drawings and specifications issued.

Good understanding of Electrical Drawings, Planning of Projects, Erection & Maintenance.

Both practical as well as theoretical knowledge of Different Electrical Instruments.

Working more efficiently and productively so that maximum output comes.

Planning & scheduling assignments to achieve pre-set goals within time parameters.

Formulating long term/short term strategic plans to enhance operations.

To provide the entire electrical solutions as per requirement.

Check the entire work as according to approved drawings.

To co-ordinate with MPSEB for all electrical approvals.

Installation of HT/LT Panels, Switchgears, Lighting System

Responsible for installing and managing motor controls, switch gear, transformers, protected relaying, instrumentation, analysers and safety instrumented systems.

Handle tasks of supporting electrical/ instrumentation effort on projects including participation in project/drawing reviews, scope definition, equipment data review, cost development and construction/start-up support.

Play lead role in incident investigations and provide recommendations on electrical/ instrumentation related standard practices.

Perform tasks of providing overall management and oversight of the smart plant instrumentation database.

Coordinate with client engineering, operations, maintenance and construction groups to develop and implement control systems to automate and improve productivity, quality and reliability.

Comprehensive knowledge of electrical and instrument codes and specifications.

Support a multidisciplinary team on E&I matters across the entire lifecycle

Develop best practice working procedures to support E&I developments.

Create and maintain formal documents.
