• Certified HHP Trained Engineer for attending Cummins Engines from 10 KVA to 3000 KVA and other applications.
• Trouble shooting of Mechanical and Electronic Fuel Governor to the Diesel Engines upto 3000 KVA
• Trouble shooting & maintenance of Stamford,AVK,Kirloskar Alternators ranges upto 3000KVA
• Take the responsibility of Annual Service Contract for 50 DG sets of various models with 24 hours service guarantee.
• Programming of Engine Governing System & Alternator Governing System For Cummins Controller. Erection and commissioning of DG sets
• Commissioning of New DG and Recon DG set which includes removal of old Gensets and positioning of new DG, carrying out alignment,Replacement of exhaustpiping,fuelines,Heat exchanger or Radiator lines and engine electrical and taking the load trial for 8hours at 80% load with Cummins standard to the customer satisfaction.
• Carrying out Engine health check up and inform the condition of the engine to customer For preventive maintenance should be taken.
• Carried out ‘B’, 'C', 'D' checks to warranty engines as per Cummins Standard.
• Carrying out Tappet setting for all Cummins Engines.
• Testing of failed electrical components like Electronic Fuel Controller,Actuator, Electronic Control Panel and its accessories, safeties and submitting the failure reports.
• Carried out Cummins Overhauling Engines (X,S,B,C,N, V, K,QST& QSK) all models and all applications.
• Conducting technical meetings within service department to improve the Service techniques.
• Troubleshooting of Cummins PT Fuel System, FIP Fuel System,Electronic Fuel Systems. And converting Mechanical Governor to Electronic Fuel Governor.
• Trouble shooting the Cummins all Domestic and PCC controller and synchronizing the DG to DG LT & HT Alternators.
GMMCO LTD:
• Certified Engineer for attending Caterpillar engines from 180 KVA to 3000 KVA and other applications.
• Attending Cooper engines 15 KVA to 250 KVA Genset application and Commissioning The Ashok-leylond engines upto 250 KVA for Genset application

• Arrange meeting with Non-AMC customers,explain AMC offer details and collect customers convenience then discussed with our manger and providing AMC.
• Following AMC customers, providing details before ending of AMC offers for renewal purpose.
• Following Warranty customers providing warranty services on time and explain the AMC Details before ending the warranty period.
• Lead a team who take whole responsibility of entire Diesel Engine and A.C. Generators. Conducting training program to the customer as and when required.
• Programming of Engine Governing System & Alternator Governing System for Woodward Controller. Erection and commissioning of DG sets
• Preparation of material requirement schedule and procurement of the same as with the client And get the approval for the submissions.
• Civil-Erection of DG set building and completion of construction as per required standards by coordinating with sub-contractor.
• Commissioning of New DG and Recon DG set which includes removal of old Gensets and positioning of new DG, carrying out alignment,Replacement of exhaust piping, fuel lines,Heat exchanger lines and engine electrical and taking the load trial for 8hours at 100% load with Caterpillar standard to the customer satisfaction.
• Commissioning of new engines which may be fitted with compressor, Dozer, Motor grader, Crane and Water well Rigs and coordinating with OEMs of warranty issues
• Carrying out Engine health check up and inform the condition of the engine to customer for preventive maintenance should be taken.
• Carried out Preventive maintenance checks to warranty engines as per Caterpillar Standard.
• Carrying out Tappet setting for Caterpillar Engines.
• Overhauling the engine accessories, like Turbocharger, Water pump,Lube Oil Pump, Oil Cooler, Hydraulic Governor and Fan Hub.
• Testing of failed electrical components like Electronic Fuel Controller,Actuator, Electronic Control Panel and its accessories, safeties and submitting the failure reports.
• Carried out Caterpillar Overhauling Engines (3306,3406,3412,C-15,C-18,C-32) all models and Engines
• Coordinating with OEMs for new engine installation which includes the Foundation, Front Opening, Rear Opening, Airflow (inside the DG room), Exhauster Piping (length, diameter and no. of bends), Fuel Piping, Fuel Tank Location, Cooling System, Air ducting and Exhaust Cladding work.
• Every week, month,Quarterly,Half-yearly and Yearly-wise Conducting technical and business development meetings within service department to improve the service techniques and business development.
• Coordinating with the colleagues to their service issues and try to sort it out and train them about the products and trouble shooting the problems.
• Giving hands on training to the newcomers of systems and trouble shooting.
• Troubleshooting of Caterpillar Mechanical and Fuel Electronic Fuel Systems. And converting Mechanical Governor to Electronic Fuel Governor.
• Trouble shooting the Caterpillar all EMCP controller and synchronizing the DG to DG LT & HT Alternators.
