Job Profile:

Conduct Aspect/Impact analysis, Risk assessment and internal ISO audits for implementation of ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001.

To investigate the fire incidents and take necessary steps to prevent their recurrence & maintain records.

Regular Safety audits on Weekly, Monthly basis.

Issuing Permits for Confined Space, Hot work, Height work, Excavation permit & Hazardous permits

Review & evaluate plant safety data & behavioral feedback to determine strategic changes needed to continually reduce accidents & costs.

Conducting HSE Induction training to new comers as well as summer trainees also.

To ensure periodical maintenance & regular inspection of Fire Extinguishers & other firefighting equipment s & maintain their records.

To observe unsafe act / conditions & taking appropriate action to get the things rectified & discuss with the concern HOD

Conducting Fire Squad training to company employees.

Select & ensure of availability of good quality of PPEs.

Conduct Onsite Mock drills and live firefighting training.

Conducting shop floor meetings with Contractor s Labor & guiding them to work safely.
