DUTIES:-

Protects Clients assets by preventing loss to property, injuries to employees and supervises the implementation of HSE controls on day to day basis.

Conducting Safety Induction to new Employee and visitors, Subcontractors.

Instructs personnel in specialized subjects such as First Aid, Permit to Work system, Gas detection, Confined Space Entry, Radiography, Hazardous chemicals, Fire equipment and Breathing Apparatus.

Enforce HSE Polices and safety guidelines policies that reduce the risk of accidents.

Conduct risk assessment, Method statement and enforce control measures.

Provides guidance and support to construction and Maintenance at site on safety and environmental and matters.

Reviews, approves the HSE plan submitted by subcontractors in consultation with the clients HSE Dept.

Regularly visits to site and ensures that HSE are fully implemented.

Monitors and advises on proper application on PTW system, conducts gas test into dangerous confined spaces.

Assist the HSE manager in the administration of the compan\ V VDIHW\ KHDOWK DQG environment program.

Routine inspection of facilities, jobsites and fabrication shops.

Maintain records and monitor trends related to employee work related injuries.

Attends management meetings and discuss any relevant safety issues.

Participates and prepares job hazard analysis (JHA) at site based on method statement prepared by the contractors.

Monitor work permit system, check work in progress and work permits to insure proper filling up and closing of permit.

Monitoring the uses of PPE during the frequent inspection of work areas.

Preparing the weekly, Monthly and yearly statistics about the safety Equipment.

Inspection of vehicle before entering into the site and record keeping.

Fully responsible of various type of scaffolding such as tower scaffold, suspended scaffold, Fabricate frame scaffold etc.

Inspection of Lifting tools and tackles and record keeping.

Inspect regularly all safety equipment for good operating condition.

Inspect all safety equipment and gas, fire & Metal detector for their good operating condition.

Maintain good housekeeping throughout the plant area and site location.

Trained all workers about safety environments and introduced safety warning systems in plant area.

Conduct toolbox meeting and regular site safety meeting and maintain record in the required format.

Design and install different kind of safety signs, Conduct routine safety inspection of workplace to ensure all safe operating rules and regulations are complied with. OTHER INFORMATION
