• Provide technical assistance for CADD operators, design staff as to what the project looks like in the field and coordinate site visits with project team personnel

• Strong AutoCAD and Civil3D knowledge

• Serving as chief of party on land surveys involving complexities, such as problems caused by changing watercourses or erroneous original meander lines; distorted or fraudulent prior surveys; obliterated or unrecoverable monuments; extremely high value property; actual or probable litigation; conflicting land records and survey data; and omitted lands

• Developing complete written reports describing unique problems encountered, with recommendations, for technical examination to afford managers and supervisors an adequate record to reach a proper decision

• Working knowledge of computer networks and be able to install, maintain, operate and troubleshoot large format plotters

• Knowledge of computer database management and ability to apply knowledge to information processing standards and procedures to Computer Aided Design and Drafting & Geographic Information Systems (CADD/GIS) design and programming projects
