I also received calls from insured clients on disability that wanted to apply for waiver of premium claims. Once the report has been generated, I would send the claim to the correct department, Life or Annuity and at times, Waiver of Premium. I was responsible for sending the appropriate letter and documents pertaining to the claim filed.
