•Construction Management: Supervising foremen and survey assistants and planning project works with the site agent. Ensuring that plant and human resources are adequate as per programme of works, and procurement of needed resources. Health, safety and quality management. Attending progress meetings, raising technical queries, and issuing drawings.

•Earthworks: Setting out positions of roads, small earth dams, under drainage pipes, manholes, slopes (batters), trenches, and terraces. Cut and fill quantities for certification. As built surveys of all earthworks, survey reports for as builts, and drawing survey plans.

•Civil Works (Concrete): Setting out plinths, holding down bolts, manholes, tunnels, spillway, pump station, small earth dams, foundations, culverts, and band walls. Pre-pour and post-pour. As built survey reports.

•Mechanical and Steel Structures: Setting out column centrelines, crane rails, turbines, lift shaft, pumps, and crane girders. Placing level packers on plinths for columns. Aligning and checking levels for girders and crane rails. Verticality surveys for columns and lift shaft. As built surveys and survey reports for handing over.

•Surveying: Setting out, establishment of control points, site calibration, drafting with CAD software, calculations of setting out points, survey reports, topographical surveys, and as built surveys.

•Consultancy: Assisting and advising civil/ structural engineers on survey related issues. Advising the site agent on design related queries and specifications for project planning purposes.

•Survey Instruments: GPS receiver (Leica 1200, 500 and 200), Trimble (5700 and 5800) and Topcon Total station (Leica TS02, TS06 and TS09, South, Nikon, Topcon and Sokkia) Levels (digital and dumpy levels).

•Administrative and Management: Supervision of junior surveyors and survey assistants, performance appraisals, resources coordination, project planning and implementation, budgeting, technical research.
