Perform safe work practice, use of measuring instruments, use hand tools, read engineering Drawings, use a file and saw, Allowance and Tolerances for Fit, make and fit a key, maintain and use a pedestal Grinder, identify Material, Handle material safe, Lift and move equipment, draw up a material list.
Sharpen a drill, plan a drilling work piece, maintain and use a pedestal drill, drill a flange, identify threads, cut thread with stock and dies, drill and tap holes, fit washers and tighten screws/nuts.
Cut and fit gaskets, fit seals and packing, set a drip feeder, pack a plumber block, examine bearing, remove a bearing manually, remove and mount a bearing fitted with adaptor sleeve, remove and mount bearings mechanically.
Make up a pipe system, maintain valves, maintain and align couplings, tension and align v-belts, replace chains and sprockets.
Maintain gearbox, conveyor belts maintenance, Bearing Maintenance, Overhaul Single stage centrifugal pump, Overhaul a multi stage centrifugal pump.
