1. Leave Management:

2. Visa Process:

3. Business Travel:
Receiving approved business travel requests from concern department/ section or individual. Coordinating with relevant

necessary arrangements.
4. HR Letters:

individual. Ensuring completion of all employee exit forms and checklists. Scheduling exit interviews (if applicable). Reviewing

indebtedness to the company.
6. Absconding Employees:
Checking regularly list of absconding employees from Oracle. Inform the concerned department Head to impose Huroob on
employee appearing in absconding list. Terminate the employee from Oracle after Huroob is imposed. Receiving and forwarding
request of employee removal from Huroob. Forwarding amount incurred in case of removing employee from Huroob to relevant
department/ section or individual for deduction from employee’s salary or invoicing. Restoring terminated employee if removed
from Huroob.
