• Assist Project manager in regard to quality control, Material and pavement aspects of the project.

• Assurance all construction materials meet requirements of DPR

• Inspect sources of material.

• Supervise test results of all building material .

• Coordinate with bridge Engineers for quality control. 2

• Coordinate and control the support personanel placed under him for checking project quality.

• Assist in evolution of quality control system.

• Supervise setting up of contractor`s rock crushers.

• Inspect contractor`s field labouralotries to ensure that these are adequately and capble of performing all test as required in the contract .

• Supervise all tests to be one at different stage of construction and perform adequate number of independent tests.

• Maintain record quality control program and testing records. RESPONSIBILITYS:-

• Conducting of all Grades of Concerte Mix Designs (M-15 PPC,M-20 PCC, M-20 KERB, M-25 RCC And M-30 RCC, M-35 PILING, M-40 RCC, M-45 RCC. Etc

• Conducting of all work Releated of concreate baiching plant.

• Conducting of all work realated to moisture correction for all grades of converete

• Conducting of all work related to entiretest related to concerete (Slump Test, Cube Mould casting, correction in concrete Mix Design)

RESPONSIBILITYS IN MATERIALS TESTING:-

• All coarse aggregate and fine aggregate (Sand) related test (Gradation, water absorption,silt containt and density etc.

• All brick test and concrete cube test and soil field test,steel test etc.

• Well monitoring or work to in RMC plant.

PROFESSIONAL STRENTH:-

• Very clear understanding of intergration/Scope/Time/Quality/Human Resources/Communication/ Risk& procurement management of the projects.

• Good comprechension of project management/project planning concept tools techniques and their application.

• Preparing weekly and monthly reports for the progress of work.
