2015-2016 August had an opportunity to be part of the group/branch to implement new ways of work (e.g) implementing new methods and improved system to open the accounts at the whole bank another example is to have the shortest method of account opening that is five to ten minutes instead of 30 min and all other functions that are within the system of account, debit order, loans, reversal of fees and transaction, loading of debit orders on system and also the business accounts the business accounts originally were to stay in the system for a day or two before being released on the system to be active.
That was the best experience and an opportunity I had to be involved in
