Advice Service Contract personnel in taking appropriate corrective & preventive action. Conducting various training program for the foreman, workmen in order to provide the knowledge of the work activity as per the project requirement to get the good quality at site. Well adept in managing activities encompassing execution, planning & coordination, scheduling and costing of projects right from contractual to handing over stage. Proper implementations of safety practices in high-rise construction, targeting total safe man- hours till project completion.
